Got up around 10AM, had breakfast and worked on the computer. Looks like another beautiful day ahead 🙂

Mowed the grass, cooked linguini and meat sauce for lunch. Later went to our neighbor Leena’s house for birthday coffee and cake (sadly, Leena wound up selling her old family home at the end of 2015 🙁 )

Around 4 o’clock, I went back to Hamina with my cousins. We stopped at the library again, then went to buy some booze and listen to karaoke in the marketplace. We met up with our second-cousin Anna-Leena, who came from Helsinki to spend the weekend with us in the countryside.

Returned to Pihlaja and went for my first swim of the summer. Later walked over to our old family homestead to visit my cousin Merja, who was visiting with her family. My aunt Meeri was there too…always nice to see her.

Came back to our cottage and played dice ’til after midnight. Another fun-filled day in the books 🙂
